I’m still trying to wrap my brain around what’s happened today.  I went for a run this afternoon - more as a celebration of my good health than a workout.  A physical gratitude if you will.  I am very aware that things like this happen across the globe daily.  ANY life taken in this way is a tragedy.  I’m tired of being angry and being sad seems a disservice to those who were affected. Living well each day, at every moment, is the only response that makes sense to me now.
